1011 High Ridge Road

1011 High Ridge Road is a three-story 25,000 sf building situated ¼ mile south of the Merritt Parkway.  1011 High Ridge was the first commercial building in Connecticut to utilize solar heating panels to minimize its need for conventional power.  Close to shopping and restaurants, its location has always been popular with smaller to mid-size tenants who serve the area.
