1200 High Ridge Road
Twelve hundred High Ridge is a 60,000 sf three story office building situated in North Stamford near Exit 35 of the Merritt Parkway. Built in 1968, its distinctive elliptical shape and superb location has attracted the offices of many notable corporations including Cadbury Schweppes, IBM, Xerox, Citizen’s Utilities and Motorola, to name a few. Currently it’s tenants include doctors, advertising, media and real estate sales offices.
As one of the first all electric office buildings in the Northeast, it remains
the
most energy
efficient building operated by the Mercede Company.
