850 Canal Street

Eight Fifty Canal is the “newest” addition to The Harbour Square Complex.  Built in 2002, its 67,000 sf sits on a land parcel of over 1.5 acres which completes the area that is now “Harbour Square”.  Designed by James Evans Associates to emulate the brick façade of 700 Canal Street, its main entrance faces east toward Long Island Sound.  Particular attention was paid to maintaining the street scape first established at 700 Canal Street.

Comprising of four floors, Eight Fifty is a flex building of corporate offices, archives, antique furniture showrooms, as well as warehousing.
